摘要: 101 avian pathogenic Escherichia coli (APEC) strains from colibacillosis affected poultry were tested for the presence of eight different virulence associated genes. Besides, APEC biotyped. The association belonging biotype to corresponding pathotype was studied basing on breeding type. most frequent genes detected by means PCR-multiplex iss, Irp2 and IucD (43.56%, 41.58% 48.51%, respectively). Meanwhile their significantly more relevant in intensive farms strains. considered one with combination seven genes: astA-iss-irp2-iucD-papC-vat-cva A/B, a 5.45% originating at 0% rural type absence seen mostly 43.47% comparing it 21.82% farms. biotypes B 28, B30 31 13.86%, 16.83% 15.84% each. Nevertheless these No data prevalence E.coli pathotypes previously evaluating real potential attitude bacterium.
