摘要: The fibromatoses represent a group of infiltrating fibrous proliferations that exhibit clinical behavior and biologic potential intermediate between benign lesions fibrosarcoma. head neck region is common site involvement for these especially in children young adults. However, the oral structures per se are not often origin. In this study 31 cases fibromatosis involved paraoral region, patient ages ranged from birth to 51 years with 74% appearing first decade. most presentation was painless mass cheek, tongue, or submandibular region. Erosion bone frequent finding arising soft tissue contiguous jaws. After surgical excision, recurred five patients recurrence rate 23.8%. One lesion twice. average interval initial treatment 7.6 months. observed series significantly lower than generally reported (50% 70%). This likely due exclusion investigation supraclavicular
