摘要: BACKGROUND The metabolic changes of myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary artery disease assessed by 31P magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) have been reported previously. A significant decrease the ratio phosphocreatine (PCr) to ATP during handgrip exercise a group severe has demonstrated. However, there are no reports at present that directly compare cardiac MRS data 201Tl scintigraphy, now established as one most important clinical methods assess ischemia. purpose this study was investigate whether testing is able detect ischemia, demonstrated scintigraphy. METHODS AND RESULTS Twenty-seven stenosis left anterior descending (> or = 75%) and 11 normal control subjects composed study. Patients were divided into two groups on basis scintigraphy: reversible defect (RD[+]) who redistribution late image fixed (RD[-]). While lying supine within magnet, performed 30% maximal force once every cycles. MR spectra collected before exercise. Data corrected for saturation factor. ANOVA revealed differences among three respect mean +/- SD PCr/ATP rest (control, 1.85 0.28 > RD(+), 1.60 0.19 RD(-), 1.24 0.30; P < .05). decreased significantly from 0.96 (P .001) RD(+) (n 15). RD(-) 12), did not change (1.24 0.30 versus 1.19 exercise). Similarly, 11) (1.85 1.90 0.23 exercise). CONCLUSIONS Contrary thallium defects, altered defects. These results suggest sensitive method detecting
