摘要: It is now well established in principle that superresolving optical systems can be made. Such systems, when viewing objects of finite extent, resolve detail finer than the normal diffraction limit. This has obvious attractions for microscopy, but we may wonder whether ultimate limit a lens large numerical aperture, which counts beaten. Can smaller one half wavelength light really made visible? be, only specialized and probably limited applications.
