摘要: Vascular dysfunction is a common consequence of diabetes mellitus. Stable propagation gene expression from cell to generation during development diseases (like diabetes) regulated by epigenetic mechanisms. These are heritable patterns that cannot solely be explained changes in DNA sequence. Recent evidence shows diabetes-induced can affect vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscles cells. Such effects further influence inflammatory insulin production pathways these thus ensure long-term memory, whereby maintained even long after restoring normo-glycaemic conditions appropriate therapeutic approaches. This review focuses on the marks, which endure chromatin under diabetic conditions.
