摘要: The efficiency of plasmon-resonance-based sensors can be greatly improved with an accurate design the nano-structures that constitute them. In this work we focus our attention on a particular kind these nanometric structures consists planar multilayered systems. We show significant influence, plasmon resonance conditions, intermediate layer used to adhere thin film gold dielectric substrate. To illustrate effect, consider different layers compute optimal geometry vanish reflected energy. For this, use S-formulation and evolutionary method for electromagnetic optimization problems, respectively.
