摘要: The infant described in this report had a generalized, subepidermal bullous eruption and concurrent glomerulonephritis. Immunofluorescence studies demonstrating deposition of immunoglobulin complement the skin kidney suggest common pathogenesis for two disorders. elevation infant's serum immunoglobulins depression support an immunologic process as likely mechanism. It is important clinicians caring children with diseases to search evidence renal disease abnormalities.
