摘要: AIMS To identify the determinants of quality nursing care from perceptions personnel. BACKGROUND The is often measured with standards, expectations, satisfaction and outcomes, but in developing countries, it relies mostly on negative indicators. METHODS A descriptive qualitative study was used. Semi-structured interviews based critical incident technique were conducted a convenience sample 136 personnel who told 225 stories. RESULTS Seven identified as follows: standard care, triage assessment, emergency communication patient or family, colleagues, multidisciplinary teamwork helping colleagues. most important one care. CONCLUSION Quality degree excellence show regard to their competences technical teamwork. key attribute defined by related focus process. IMPLICATIONS FOR NURSING MANAGEMENT These findings can increase awareness qualities involved help managers evaluate practice, select new employees organise teams.
