Pain in elite athletes—neurophysiological, biomechanical and psychosocial considerations: a narrative review

摘要: Pain is a common problem among elite athletes and frequently associated with sport injury. Both injury pain interfere peak performance. management should be based on the physiological, anatomical psychosocial influences individual's not equivalent to management, which focuses musculoskeletal recovery return-to-play. This narrative review provides foundation for understanding differing causes types of in athletes, thereby serving as springboard comprehensive management.
