摘要: Abstract The HIV epidemic has dramatically altered the field of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). infection is unique among because it can modify clinical presentation and features other STDs. Conversely, STDs affect transmission HIV. This review third part a series that provided general overview In this article, genital ulcer (genital herpes, syphilis, chancroid, lymphogranuloma venereum, granuloma inguinale), human papillomavirus (anogenital warts subclinical infections), molluscum contagiosum, herpesvirus 8 infection, viral hepatitis, ectoparasitic infestations (scabies pediculosis pubis) are discussed as they occur in HIV-infected hosts. Additional relate to patients, such epidemiology transmission, when applicable. Learning objective: At conclusion learning activity, participants should improve their understanding host.
