摘要: Models of anxiety disorders posit that information processing biases towards threat may result from an imbalance between top-down attentional control processes and bottom-up processes, such could reduce the influence former increase latter. However, researchers have recently pointed to limitations top-down/bottom-up terminology outlined additional contribution memory attention guidance. The goal this paper is provide bridges recent findings cognitive psychology research. We first integrative overview influencing content working memory, including availability control, strengths task goals, stimulus salience, selection history long-term memory. then illustrate interest formulation study in disorders, with a specific focus on social anxiety.
