摘要: The tight regulation of the balance between monomeric and polymeric forms actin tubulin allows formation stable though plastic structures. Accordingly, these molecular constituents neurocytoskeleton compose a relatively structure that dynamically responds to different physiological cues, including growth factors neurotransmitters. Such may modulate cellular motility, morphology branching pattern through activation receptors are directly linked cytoskeleton but also various second messengers changes in intracellular levels calcium ([Ca2+]i). Well known for their importance neurotransmitter release gene expression (Clapham, 1995; Ghosh & Greenberg, 1995), fluctuations [Ca2+]i key regulators neuronal cytoarchitecture by modulating biochemical properties as well affinity actin-binding proteins microtubule-associated (MAPs) microfilaments microtubules, respectively.
