摘要: Established cell lines are invaluable for studying and molecular biological questions. A variety of human ovarian cancer (OC) exist, however, most have acquired significant genetic alterations from their cells origin, including deletion important cycle regulatory genes. In order to analyze signaling events related control in OC, we modified existing protocols isolating culturing OC patient ascites fluid normal surface epithelial (OSE) benign tissue sections. These maintain an phenotype can be manipulated experimentally several passages before cellular senescence. An example using TGF1 treatment examine target gene activation is presented.
