摘要: One of the major problems in contemporary world is pollution. The contribution this area comes from automobile emissions and industries. Diesel being one fuels also a contributor adding harmful pollutants into atmosphere. In order to meet stringent emission norms, polluting components need considerable reduction. Fuel characteristics play role engine efficiency directly or indirectly. present work, an experimental investigation effect methanol diesel-biodiesel blends on performance combustion diesel has been performed. Three different concentrations are used; namely 5%, 7%, 10% overall mixture volume, while, biodiesel concentration fixed eliminate its results. results revealed that using as additive prominently improved brake power, decreased specific fuel consumption (BSFC) increased thermal (BTE) engine. CO, HC, NOx have shown slight decrease compared corresponding neat at same loading speed conditions.
