摘要: Homeobox gene HOXB9 is a critical player in development of mammary gland and sternum regulation renin which closely linked with blood pressure control. Our studies demonstrated that transcriptionally regulated by estrogen (E2). promoter contains several estrogen-response elements (ERE). Reporter assay based experiments EREs are responsive. Estrogen receptors ERα ERβ essential for E2-mediated transcriptional activation HOXB9. Chromatin immunoprecipitation ERs bind to as function E2. Similarly, histone methylases MLL1 MLL3 also play role Overall, our an E2-responsive coordinate
