摘要: Ferritic/austenitic (F/A) joints are a popular dissimilar metal combination used in many applications. F/A usually produced using conventional processes. Laser beam welding (LBW) has recently been successfully for the production of with suitable mechanical properties. In this study, statistical design experiment (DOE) was to optimize selected LBW parameters (laser power, speed and focus length). Taguchi approach factors, each having five levels (L-25; 5×3). Joint strength determined notched-tensile (NTS) method. The results were analysed analyses variance (ANOVA) signal-to-noise (S/N) ratios optimal parameters, then compared base material. experimental indicate that laser-welded improved effectively by optimizing input approach.
