摘要: Specific metal deposition on nanoparticles is of outstanding importance in molecular construction as well for signal enhancement bioanalytics. To characterize the growth mechanism we studied process immobilized gold nanoparticle ensembles at single particle level by atomic force microscopy, monitoring very same arrangements after each step. The particles grew linearly and a dependence rate seed diameter was found. findings may help us to understand underlying mechanism.
