Synthesis, characterization and in vitro degradation of biodegradable polyesteramide based on lactic acid

摘要: A new type of biodegradable polyesteramide P(LA/AU) based on lactic acid and aminoundecanoic was synthesized by the melt polycondensation method. The copolymers obtained were characterized FTIR, 1H-NMR, DSC, XRD. in vitro degradation behavior studied using weighing, SEM. With increase units, melting temperature crystallinity increased, but water absorption rate decreased accordingly. During vitro, ester moiety due to cleavage along macromolecular main chain. As proceeded, increased at first, then started decrease because crystalline phase destroyed.
