摘要: Service industries hold an increasingly dynamic and pivotal role in today's knowledge‐based economies. The logistics industry is a classic example of the birth development vital new service‐based industry, transformed from business concept transportation to that serving entire logistical needs customers. Quantum advances science, technology, communication millennium have compelled firms consider potential so‐called “resources” (technology, knowledge relationship networks) are essential if operate effectively within emerging model, utilise opportunities innovate gain market leadership. Through extensive literature review, this paper examines factors nurture innovation services, identifies contributions and, using examples, application these resources as they assume extended model.
