摘要: Congenital absence of pericardium is a rare malformation. We report 2 young patients with diagnosis congenital the pericardium. The posteroanterior view chest X-ray showed displacement left cardiac border into hemithorax. Unusual acoustical windows and abnormal septal motion during echocardiography suggested Magnetic resonance imaging definitive confirmed
