摘要: INTRODUCTION Paralysis of the primary trunk musculature likely contributes to ineffective force application during wheelchair propulsion [1]. Functional electrical stimulation (FES) as a modality improve posture, balance and efficiency in persons with spinal cord injury is currently under investigation. In order implement an effective pattern propulsion, understanding muscle activation patterns core necessary. Therefore, purpose this study was establish describe profiles selected back abdominal using surface electromyography (EMG).
