摘要: The effective mechanical and acoustic properties of two-dimensional pentamode metamaterials (PMs) with different structural parameters are investigated in this paper. It is found that varying parameters, the bulk modulus density remain constant as same those water, while figure merit, i.e., ratio to shear (B/G) gradually increases due decrease modulus. However, full wave simulations reveal increase B/G, scattering becomes more intense, which indicates deviate from water. These anomalous behaviors proposed arise existence bending modes microstructures. Our results show for metamaterials, cannot be simply translated their properties, affect much ways.
