摘要: Abstract In this work, the influence of concentration on flow behaviour, dynamic viscoelastic and creep properties diutan gum in aqueous solution was investigated. Diutan is a biopolymer which belongs to sphingans group. To know its rheological microstructure as function directly related current future applications biological polymer. Mechanical spectra showed crossover point between G′ G″ changed concentration. A master curve for frequency dependence η* obtained. The compliance results made it possible deduce yield stress value they were fitted Burgers model. shear-thinning behaviour exhibited by solutions, Carreau-Yasuda Higher G′, G″, τ0 η0 values lower ωc, Je0, γ c n obtained increasing concentration, being modulate viscoelasticity, viscosity shear resistance more complex structure with stronger entanglements macromolecules when increases.
