摘要: Abstract An on-going research program has investigated the effects of separate and combined additions Ta, Pt an oxide dispersion to basic MCrAlY overlay coatings. The goals were improved oxidation hot corrosion resistance, greater diffusional stability, coating thermal expansion reduction in order be closer nickel base turbine blade alloys. It was found cyclic burner rig testing at 1050°C that each individual addition resistance baseline compositions. Oxide reduced expansion. Creep greatly increased by additions, which also strongly yield strength. Yield strength modestly low temperature significantly Ta moderate temperatures.
