摘要: A gelatin/graphene composite has been analyzed by means of current density-voltage and the electrical impedance measurements. The DC behavior interpreted in terms an equivalent Thevenin model taking into account open circuit voltage series resistance. based on effect double layer diffusion charge carriers is used for analysis experimental data, obtained frequency domain. reveals any applied voltages a marked process at low frequencies. In particular, where transfer mechanism dominant, time distribution reaction rates that several multiple step reactions occur materials, especially high values forward bias voltages.
