摘要: Disclosed is an apparatus and method for estimating a power of secondary battery comprising blended cathode material. The according to the present invention estimates material in which at least first second are blended, discharging means under conditions plurality discharge rates (c-rate) different from each other, sensor measuring termination voltages (Vf) corresponding rates, control approximating correlation between by two-dimensional linear equation, calculating maximum rate (Cmax) minimum voltage (Vmin) using (Pmax) calculated rate.
