摘要: For the implementation of different types Information Systems in general and Business Process Management particular many approaches are available. However most existing methods, frameworks, roadmaps etc. take a one-size fits all view on project do not consider specific situation at hand. In our opinion context strongly determines success an project. this paper method is provided for that based critical factors known to influence success. The should improve chance successful project, as team can create methodology implement business process management system.
