摘要: OBJECTIVE To evaluate the participation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase pathway in liver damage caused by nimesulide. METHODS Liver been induced Mice were treated with either 2% dimethyl sulfoxide or AS605240, a gamma antagonist. Blood samples collected for function assays liver. The was removed analysis weight/animal weight ratio, histopathological parameters, oxidative and nitrous stress, cytokine levels, immunostaining cyclooxygenase 2 nuclear factor kappa B. KEY FINDINGS injured nimesulide inhibitor significantly reversed (P < 0.05) damage; it decreased scores, neutrophil infiltration, consequently reducing stress. In addition, we show that is associated hepatic nimesulide, because altered increased protein B tissue nimesulide-treated animals. CONCLUSIONS findings from present study allows us to infer causes through pathway.
