摘要: Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common chronic articular degenerative disease, and characterized by cartilage degradation, synovial inflammation/immunity, subchondral bone lesion, etc. The disease affects 2–6% of the population around world, its prevalence rises with age exceeds 40% in people over 70. Recently, increasing interest has been devoted to treatment or prevention OA herbal medicines. In this paper, compounds anti-OA activities were reviewed, cheminformatics tools used predict their drug-likeness properties pharmacokinetic parameters. A total 43 analyzed, which mainly target damaged joints (e.g. cartilage, bone, synovium, etc.) circulatory system improve pathogenesis OA. Through analysis, half these have good properties, behavior components still needs be further optimized, conducive enhancement properties. Most can an alternative valuable source for drug discovery, may worthy investigation development.
