摘要: Abstract Catalytic reduction of 4-NP containing wastewater is highly desirable for the practical treatment industrial wastewater. As one most well-established categories coordination compound, Prussian Blue analogues (PBAs) have been found to show promising catalytic activities reduction. However, nanoscale particle size hinder its application because difficult separation, easy loss during recycling process and potential ecotoxicity. In this work, microstructured catalyst were prepared by in-situ growth PBAs onto copper foam, performance hydrogenation 4-aminophenol (4-AP) was investigated. Results showed that dispersed with ~ 350 nm homogenously formed over surface foam. The structured exhibited good activity conversion 100% within 4 min, an activation energy (Ea) 15.16 kJ·mol−1 turn frequency (TOF) 0.171 s−1. These are comparable catalysts reported. addition, a homemade continuous flow catalysis system constructed Furthermore, no obvious deactivation observed even after 6 cycles 4-NP, showing stability reusability. This study put forward feasible approach develop based in industry.
