摘要: Four software sensors based on standard on-line data from fermentation processes and simple mathematical models were used to monitor a number of state variables in Escherichia coli fed-batch processes: the biomass concentration, specific growth rate, oxygen transfer capacity bioreactor, new RO/S sensor which is ratio between energy substrate consumption. The variable grows continuously culture with constant glucose feed, reflects increasing maintenance demand at declining rate. also responded rapid pH shift-downs reflecting for energy. It suggested that this may be extent physiological stress demands survival.
