摘要: Hypoxia-inducible factors are the universal cellular oxygen-sensitive transcription that activate a number of hypoxia responsive genes, some which responsible for protective functions. During organ donation, allografts exposed to significant periods and ischemia. Exploiting this pathway during donor management preservation could prevent reduce allograft injury improve outcomes transplantation. We review evidence on in preservation, drawing experimental studies ischemia reperfusion focusing kidney, liver, cardiac lung major technical challenges exploring suggest potential future avenues research.
