摘要: A new set of random-access preamble signatures are introduced to differentiate new-release UEs from compliant only with earlier releases. Additional features a procedure also disclosed, including an ability deploy multiple transmission-time-intervals TTIs) in given area. An example mobile terminal, according some embodiments the present invention, selects TTI two or more possible TTIs.
