摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses pressure effects on the electronic properties of diluted magnetic semiconductors (DMSs). DMSs are materials in which transition metal elements substituted for a fraction one-tenth percent to several tenths percents cations host semiconductors. In absence field, they behave very much as isoelectronic pseudo-binary compounds and yield comparable semiconducting properties. Because pressure-induced phase is first order, crystals often break into pieces upon cycling across point. The spectroscopic ionicity theory has explained various elastic electromechanical tetrahedrally coordinated From an analysis spectrum, retrieved sample concluded consist nanocrystals with diameter 8 nm.
