摘要: Surface-applied corrosion inhibitors are a kind of repair material and usually contain an aminoalcohol component forming salt with the aminoalcohol. According to manufacturers, this type inhibitor penetrates very rapidly into concrete; however, transport mechanisms have not been sufficiently investigated so far. The major part study therefore focused on ingredients in cement paste concrete, which contained phosphorous compound. It has shown that latter forms insoluble calcium environment precipitates quantitatively. is thus unable penetrate from outside alkaline concrete zone cannot develop its inhibiting effect there. aminoalcohol, other hand, bound by cement, but remains largely dissolved pore liquid, providing optimal conditions for high mobility. analysis involved revealed diffusion state far most efficient mechanism. While basically via gaseous phase possible, it does play inferior role only. Surprisingly, substance had hardly absorbed capillary suction, at first remained close surface.
