摘要: Provided herein is an electronic message management platform that enables calculating a size of sample recipient list delivers confidence level greater than threshold for the entire by applying predicted bounce percent to selection algorithm, selecting total recipients in consistent with size, processing messages each sample, monitoring life cycle events set over period time, and based on taking action selected from actions consisting remaining halting list.
