摘要: There is provided an electrochemical assay method for detecting a target molecule, example protein, in sample, which involves the use of protective monolayer and redox polymer to form bilayer immobilized on electrode. The protects electrode from non-specific adherence reagents, particular proteins, while simultaneously providing surface that can be functionalized immobilize capture molecule interact with polymer.
