摘要: Phylogenetic proximity has guided our understanding of the evolution species for decades. It is clear nowadays that paradigm “phylogenetically close should share similar characters” just one facet complex process inherent in development and differentiation. Today, there a need novel mathematical approaches to cluster together symbolic information organized into trees characters could highlight evolutionary relations between processes coevolution characters.
