摘要: Phylogenetic proximity has guided our understanding of the evolution species for decades. It is clear nowadays that paradigm “phylogenetically close should share similar characters” just one facet complex process inherent in development and differentiation. Today, there a need novel mathematical approaches to cluster together symbolic information organized into trees characters could highlight evolutionary relations between processes coevolution characters. We propose combinatorial method do so derive groups which appear be correlated through their history. This approach was first developed protein sequences, but it revealed general applicable any list describing species. In particular, does not know all perform analysis.
