摘要: A significant minority (between 12-20%) of patients with affective disorder suffer from persisting abnormalities mood. Individuals these disorders represent a heterogeneous group spanning the neuroses and psychoses. This review outlines our current knowledge aetiology classification persistent mood disorders. The most prevalent abnormality in bipolar is rapid cycling disorder, whilst those unipolar illnesses are more likely to chronic depression. management two problems discussed detail. Although fall into ‘difficult treat’ category, recent research suggests that multimodal treatment including optimal pharmacotherapy appropriate psychosocial interventions can lead improvement at least 50% cases.
