摘要: Bone marrow transplantation is currently used in the treatment of a variety neoplastic and nonneoplastic diseases. However, significant obstacles still limit efficacy this procedure. These include occurrence graft-versus-host disease, failure to engraft, susceptibility patients opportunistic infections during period immunodeficiency after before full recovery immune function, finally, recurrence cancer. Natural killer (NK) cells are lymphoid responsible for mediating immunologic homeostatic functions. Initially described almost 20 years ago, range functions carried out by these enigmatic continues unfold. NK may be both beneficial deleterious bone transplantation, depending on their genotype activation status. Resting host-derived appear capable resistance autologous allogeneic cell grafts. At other end spectrum, transfer activated donor type appears produce multiple effects syngeneic transplantation. Here, we review attempt reconcile literature concerning basic biology hematopoiesis, vitro vivo. We also discuss current issues potential role play determining outcome graft, generation graft-versus-tumor response when
