摘要: Abstract This study developed a method to perform the simultaneous concentration and selective separation of 66 (ultra) trace persistent toxic substances in Antarctic waters. The included 30 polychlorinated biphenyls, 17 organochlorine pesticides, 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, 3 hexabromocyclododecanes. Solid phase extraction was performed using C 18 membrane silica gel column. Gradient elution conducted organic solvents with different polarities; as result, efficiency film is improved interferences from impurities target compounds are eliminated. Extracts were subsequently analyzed through gas chromatography or liquid coupled tandem mass spectrometry. Method validation yielded following values: recoveries all analytes water ranged 87.3% 117.6% reproducibility percent relative standard deviation lower than 5%. Quantification limits 0.004 μg L −1 0.030 μg L . established reduced detection. Results indicated exhibited good performance pollutants; Therefore, proposed sample pretreatment can potentially eliminate effects various classes some extent.
