摘要: Mechanical stress-strain hysteresis, temperature and electrical resistance measurements were performed for the detailed characterisation of fatigue behaviour railway wheel steel SAE 1050 quenched tempered 4140, both used in sets. Stress-controlled load increase constant amplitude tests carried out at ambient on servohydraulic testing systems, The applied measurement methods depend deformation-induced changes microstructure bulk material represent actual state. On basis experimental data determined one test two life calculation method "PHYBAL" was developed.
