摘要: The three major troponin I isoforms are encoded by separate genes and expressed in a muscle-type-specific manner. A human cardiac cDNA has recently been isolated used to establish the genomic location of gene locus (designated TNNC1). By somatic cell hybrid analysis, for TNNC1 maps chromosome 19 can be localised region p13.2–q13.2
