摘要: Transposition of the great arteries associated with ventricular septal defect and left outflow tract obstruction remains a serious surgical challenge. A new technique that utilized aortic root mobilization transfer combined reconstruction right tracts was applied successfully in two children. This provides an additional type arterial switch operation for complex transposition is alternative to (1) conventional combination Mustard (Senning) procedure closure relief (2) Rastelli operation.
