摘要: It has been shown for the first time that structure of (La0.65Sr0.35)1 − xMn1 + xO3 ± Δ (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2) ceramics sintered at 1500°C substantially depends on content superstoichiometric Mn. found average grain size increases from 10 to >100 μm with increasing x 0 0.2. revealed grains ceramic samples powders excess Mn have an internal nanoscale layered structure. A correlation between and magnetoresistive properties.
