摘要: Abstract The antioxidant ability of an array commercially available flavonoids was evaluated on the larvae zebrafish model organism, in order to find with lower toxicities and higher radical oxygen-scavenging properties than flavone. Among tested, chrysin morin possessed reactive oxygen species (ROS)-scavenging rates (−99% −101%, respectively) toxicity (LD 50 > 100 ppm). Zebrafish fins UVB + chrysin group were 6.30 times more likely grow normal fin size those UVB-only control group, while UVB + morin 11.9 group. These results analysed by QSAR method accordance predicted values. A new 4′-fluoroflavone synthesised. ROS-scavenging rate −54%, which corresponds well value (−48%). We propose that a combination prediction organism is efficient for evaluating flavonoids.
