Synthesis of 2,5-disubstituted oxazoles via cobalt(III)-catalyzed cross-coupling of N-pivaloyloxyamides and alkynes

摘要: An efficient synthesis of 2,5-disubstituted oxazoles via Co(III) catalysis is described herein. The achieved under mild conditions through [3+2] cycloaddition N-pivaloyloxyamides and alkynes. reaction operates an internal oxidation pathway features a very broad substrate scope. one-step natural products such as texamine balsoxin has been demonstrated this protocol.
