摘要: Introduction: Non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis (NCFB) is a chronic, progressive, suppurative lung disease characterized by permanent dilatation of bronchial subdivisions, which further causes accumulation sputum and bacterial infections. The advent inhaled antibiotics over the past two decades has been expected to effectively attenuate problem chronic infections in CF NCFB subjects with higher, local drug concentrations minimal systemic side effects.Areas covered: This review summarizes evaluates current clinical evidence efficacy adverse effects NCFB, as well ongoing preclinical studies, followed discussion issues challenges practice delivery strategies, together future research directions.Expert opinion: base limited degrees reported benefits have modest conflicting. Challenges surr...
