摘要: Abstract The rarity of rainfall, and its broad varied significance, are affirmed, followed by a review the problems rainfall measurement monitoring. general state knowledge global distribution is then discussed. Satellite methods for improving this introduced reference to available satellites sensors, principles satellite algorithms, likely future development such algorithms. It concluded that best monitoring scenarios which can be envisaged will involve combinations data from various sources, including both conventional new surface evaluations, plus growing range sensor types.
