摘要: Twenty-five cases with cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) were studied. Senile plaques (SP) present in all cases. In only eight which also displayed either SP (two cases), or both and Alzheimer's neurofibrillary tangles (NFT) (six was there a history of dementia. five cases, NFT observed without Seven had significant hemorrhage, single multiple, could be related to CAA. Ten infarcts, but seven these the infarcts moderate severe CAA no dementia other distinctive vascular changes noted brain. These CAA-associated vasculopathies (CAA-AV) consisted of: clusters multiple arteriolar lumina, so-called "glomerular" formations, various degrees infiltration; aneurysmal vessels obliterative intimal changes; "double barreling", chronic inflammatory perivascular transmural infiltrates; hyaline (nonamyloid) degeneration, dilatation; fibrinoid necrotizing change. CAA-AV, hemorrhages considered direct complications angiopathy, developing secondary infiltration vessel walls. It is possible that associated represented followed deposition blood
